The corona virus, as a special emergency, has had also numerous political consequences. The number infections and death toll from the virus is increasingly rising, and the circulating news and information concerning this virus can dramatically change human interactions and relationships. A good number of critics of the World Health Organization's performance argue that WHO has failed to manage global health in this period and has instead become a tool in the hands of China's political power and propaganda. As a result, some raised the possibility of suing against the wrongful acts of governments, including China. This article is to address the case of China, and to review the extent of which has been involved in this pandemic, and how remedy could be impeachable. در دسامبر 2019 همه گيري جهاني کرونا ويروس در ووهان چين ظهور يافت و جهان را با مشكلي جدي در زمينه بهداشت روبرو کرد. ویروس کرونا به عنوان یک وضعیت اضطراری ویژه، پیامدهای سیاسی بیشماری نیز به دنبال داشته است. هر لحظه آمار مبتلایان ودرگذشتگان ناشی از ویروس کرونا بالاتر میرود و اخبار و اطلاعات جدیدی در خصوص این ویروس منتشر میشود که میتواند روابط و مناسبات انسانی را به طور چشمگیری دستخوش تغییر کند. بسیاری از منتقدین به عملکرد سازمان جهانی بهداشت ادعا می کنند که این سازمان در این دوره نتوانسته درمدیریت بهداشت جهانی موفق عمل نماید و در عوض به ابزاری برای سیاست، قدرت و تبلیغات چین تبدیل شده است؛ که در این خصوص برخی از امکان سنجی طرع دعوی علیه دولتهای خاطی از جمله چین به میان آوردند. در این مقاله سعی بر این است که با پرداختن به موضوع چین که تا چه حدی در خصوص این همه گيري جهاني کرونا ويروس دخالت داشته و جبران خسارات چگونه امکانپذیر می باشد را تحلیل و بررسی نماید. http://journal-dadpishgan.ir/ar/Article/Download/38282
