چکیده مقاله :
امروزه بسیاری از سازمان های پیشرو به دنبال یافتن راهکارهایی برای حفظ سرمایه های انسانی و اجتماعی خود هستند و در این راستا رویکردهای نوظهور زیادی مطرح گردیده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی تأثیر اکوسیستم کارآفرینی بر سرمایه انسانی و سرمایه اجتماعی با نقش میانجی جهتگیری کارآفرینی در شرکت های دانش بنیان استان لرستان انجام شده است. این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نوع توصیفی و با روش همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه شرکتهای دانشبنیان است. به منظور تحلیل داده ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار Smart PLS 3 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جهت سنجش روایی از روایی همگرا بهره گرفته شد و به منظور برازش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و ضریب آن برای تمام سازه های پژوهش بیشتر از 7/0 می باشد. نتایج به دست آمده، حاکی از آن است که اکوسیستم کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر سرمایه اجتماعی دارد. همچنین اکوسیستم کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر سرمایه انسانی دارد و از طرف دیگر اکوسیستم کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معنداری بر جهتگیری کارآفرینی دارد. و در نهایت نقش میانجی جهتگیری کارآفرینی در رابطه بین اکوسیستم کارآفرینی بر سرمایه انسانی تأثیرمثبت و معناداری دارد. و درنهایت نقش میانجی جهتگیری کارآفرینی در رابطه بین اکوسیستم کارآفرینی بر سرمایه اجتماعی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد
Today, many leading organizations are looking for ways to preserve their human and social capital, and many emerging approaches have been proposed in this regard. The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of entrepreneurial ecosystem on human capital and social capital with the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation in knowledge-based companies of Lorestan province. This study is descriptive and correlational in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population in this study is knowledge-based companies. In order to analyze the data, partial least squares method and Smart PLS-3 software were used. Convergent validity was used to measure validity, and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability, and its coefficient is greater than 0.7 for all research constructs. The obtained results indicate that the entrepreneurial ecosystem has a positive and significant effect on social capital. Also, entrepreneurial ecosystem has a positive and significant effect on human capital, and on the other hand, entrepreneurial ecosystem has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation. And finally, the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation in the relationship between entrepreneurial ecosystem has a positive and significant effect on human capital. And finally, the mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation in the relationship between entrepreneurial ecosystem has a positive and significant effect on social capital
